Youth Festival of APCC is organized every year by students to excel their Managerial skills. Conceptualized in 2007 and is biggest cultural festival in whole Pratapgarh area. Nearly 4000 people enjoy this celebration. Students work out to fetch sponsorship for the event. They learn marketing tactics and concepts of events management. This gives them competitive edge and helps developing their personality.

This kind of festival was held for the first time in the history of Pratapgarh. This festival invited the people pf Pratapgarh district. Ultimately this gave student an opportunity to test their accomplishments at district level. The board of welfare took special care and interest that the students of the college participate in this festival with great enthusiasm.

Youth Festival 2008 was held at Padmavati Parinay Resort. It was district level youth festival that has been initiated at the behest of the Chancellor of the university. At this youth festival students interested and those who were talented in cultural activities like music, drama, dance fine arts etc were awarded.
