Conference is mainly held to give the student knowledge about outside world which they have seldom seen. It shows them opportunities and difficulties that they might face in future. The eminent offices and lecturers show the way to overcome the difficulties ready to come in future, and also the way how to study in their college life for the success.

In 2008 conference named as Galaxy-2008 was held at our college, the theme for the conference was "Strategies to make higher education student friendly".

Dr. H. S. Chandaliya HOD of English dept., Janardan Ray Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth, Udaypur was the president of conference. Principal of APC college gave the welcome note and promised for some more organizations like this. All the principals of all the colleges in Pratapgarh , Orators and professors actively participated in the conference.

The DFO of the Pratapgadh district Mr. G S Bhardwaj insisted on learning through nature and also on more programs to be run for students welfare.

Finally the Director general of the institute throws light on the development of the institution together with his note of thanks.
